I find this situation ridiculous as I paid a lot of money for a very problematic phone and am now stuck with a phone that gives me problems.
Compounding all of this is the fact that I raised this problem with the phone manufacturer exhibiting at a GSM conference in South Africa recently and they were unable to assist I have spoken to several people who have the PDA2k and they tell me that they aso experience problems with their handsets as well. My service provider keeps referring me to the phone agent and the phone agent cannot do anything for me. The replacement phone is giving me the exact same problems as the first one and when I took it into the agent they opening admit to me that this is a problematic phone and they can do nothing about this. It is my second one in a year my service provider gave me replacement when my first PDA2K gave me problems. I have been using a PDA2k now for a year and I must admit that this is worst phone that I have ever had.
